How to obtain an SBKTS in the single account
An SBKTS (vehicle design safety certificate) is obtained in the single account, in the “SBKTS, OTTS and OTSh” system. The certification body creates an application, completes the form steps, attaches documents and photos, signs it with an e-signature (EDS) and sends it for expert review; the status is shown in the “My applications” section.

How to obtain an SBKTS: steps
- Sign in to the account at smart.trade.kg: with an e-signature (EDS), login and password, or via the “Түндүк” ESI
- Open the vehicles section — the “SBKTS, OTTS and OTSh” system
- Create an application and choose the type: vehicle, chassis or special machine
- Complete the form steps: contract, details of the vehicle, chassis or special machine, engine and other characteristics
- Attach documents and photos of the vehicle; test reports are pulled in as the basis
- Check the generated application PDF and sign it with your e-signature (EDS)
- Send the application for expert review and track its status in the “My applications” section
What happens next
The expert accepts the application for consideration, may request clarifications from the applicant and makes a decision. The issued document is entered in the public registry: it can be checked by VIN or document number.
